The re-opening of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge was announced today! Starting tomorrow, June 16th, Disney will begin accepting bookings for Animal Kingdom Lodge for arrivals beginning Aug. 26. The opening of the main lodge will join Animal Kingdom’s Kidani Village which is currently open and accepting reservations. Guests at Animal Kingdom Lodge can enjoy views of 4 savannas that over 200 animals and birds call home. With beautiful pool areas, exciting animal programs, and award-winning dining options, Animal Kingdom Lodge is sure to make for a truly unique Disney Resort experience!

As a reminder, we are now also accepting bookings for:
- Disney’s BoardWalk Inn for arrivals beginning July 2
- Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for arrivals beginning in late July
As we previously shared, future reopening dates of Disney Resort hotels are subject to change, and Guests’ reservations could still be modified to other Disney Resort hotels.
