A note on Disney experience
Recent personal experience at Walt Disney World® or another Disney destination is highly preferred for advisors who plan to specialize in Disney travel. If your interest is primarily cruise, all-inclusive, or premium family travel — Disney experience is not a requirement. We’ve trained advisors from many starting points.

1 — You Apply
A thoughtful application — about 5–6 minutes. Tell us who you are, why now, and what you’re looking for.
2 — We Personally Review
Our recruiting team reads every application. If we see strong alignment, we’ll reach out within 2 business days to schedule a Discovery Call.
3 — Discovery Call (30 minutes)
A relaxed video conversation. We ask about your why and your why-now. You ask us anything you’d like.
4 — Welcome (or a Thoughtful No)
If we both feel the spark, we’ll take next steps within a week. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you honestly and warmly — and keep the door open

How do you become a travel agent without experience?
No. We hire on values first. Some of our strongest advisors came from teaching, marketing, nursing, or full-time motherhood. We bring the systems, the suppliers, and the training. You bring the heart and the willingness to learn.
Can I book vacations other than Disney?
Yes. While our Disney expertise is part of our DNA, we have deep partnerships across cruise lines, all-inclusive resorts, and premium family travel suppliers worldwide. New advisors typically begin with foundational Disney training before expanding to other niches.
How much can I earn as a travel agent at Practically Perfect Vacations?
Income depends on hours worked and niche, but most full-time advisors earn $30,000–$75,000+, with no income cap as your business grows. Part-time advisors investing 15–25 hours per week typically build meaningful supplemental income. We provide commission transparency and coaching to help you set realistic income goals from day one.
What kind of support do I get?
A comprehensive self paced onboarding program, ongoing professional education, supplier-led training, marketing templates, and direct access to leadership. You’re never building alone.
Where do I need to live?
Applicants must reside within the United States. At this time, we are not accepting applications from Florida, California, or Massachusetts due to state-specific requirements. Are there up-front costs to join?
Like any small business, we do have low monthly advisor costs to access tools, training, and systems. We keep these as low as possible and review every detail with you during your interview process. You’ll never be surprised by a fee.
Will you send me client leads?
Our business is primarily referral-based. While occasional leads may be passed along, building your own client base is a meaningful part of your growth — and we equip you with the marketing strategies, brand templates, and support to do it well.
