Hello!
Hello friends! “Adventure is out there”…..

Hi There! I’m Katie! I have fond memories of traveling to Disney as a child with my extended family, and my goal is to help other families create those magical memories as well! Now as an adult I have been to Disney numerous times, creating new memories with my husband and kids that I know will stay with them for a lifetime.
I am a mother to 3 young children- one of whom manages multiple severe food allergies. I am passionate about food allergy awareness and education. I found that many friends have reached out to me looking for advice on traveling to Disney, and how to navigate food allergies while traveling. I love helping families like my own experience Disney and all it has to offer-including food!
As Pooh once said- “Life is a journey to be experienced, not a problem to be solved.” I can help guide you through your travel planning journey- from research before you book, during your trip, and even when you arrive home! Problem solved!
A standout Disney memory for me is when my daughter ate breakfast in a restaurant for the first time. What better place to experience a core memory than in Disney?
Please reach out to me to make your travel dreams become a reality!
My ultimate goal would be to create many lasting memories of an unforgettable, stress-free trip.
• Favorite Destination: All the things Disney World, but specifically Magic Kingdom. There is nothing like taking in the scents of Main Street and seeing the castle! Makes my heart smile just thinking of it.
• Favorite Resort: I love Beach Club! The location and accessibility to Epcot, Hollywood Studios, the Boardwalk and Skyliner make this resort and easy go to for me. Plus, the amazing pool is a must do for my family.
• Favorite experience: To sum it up: experiencing the magic of Disney through the eyes of my children. From the resort, to the food, to the parades, rides and fireworks- seeing their eyes light up with joy and excitement will never get old for me.
• Favorite time to travel: October/November. I love the weather in Florida that time of year. Plus, the Halloween decorations that switch to Christmas decorations in November are simply beautiful and classic.
