21 Oct Walt Disney World Important Dates to Remember
There are several key components that need to come together when planning a Disney World vacation. You will hear us agents mention several important dates to you during this process.
Booking date = date we book and place your deposit
Dining Day! = Dining reservations for Disney World restaurants can be made starting 180 days from your arrival / check in date. This is really important for peak travel times and to be sure that we can secure those “hard to get” meals such as Be Our Guest and Cinderella’s Royal Table. Reservations can be booked as early as 6am on that dining day, so we will be sure to have a plan in place to help with this!
Fast Pass Selection = 60 days from check in for onsite guests and 30 days from check in for offsite guests.
Final Payment date = 30 days from check in for onsite guests.
Other important tasks to be completed before you travel – your travel planner will assist with all of these as well!
- Customize Magic Bands
- Book airfare (no later than 6 weeks before travel)
- Set up Disney’s Magical Express
- Rent stroller (if needed)
- Order Garden Grocer (if needed)
- Finalize plans in the My Disney Experience account
