Like many others, my days are busy between working full time and running after kids. It was such a relief to not have to worry about reading every Disney planning book or waking up at 5am to try and book a restaurant reservation. Jennifer was so patient with my million questions. She booked the different parks for us and recommended which parks on each day.
We discussed dining options and she was able to secure all of our first picks for us! (Cinderella’s royal table, chef Mickey, Hollywood and Vine, and Raglan Road at Disney springs.) Before the trip she mailed us a package that included our itinerary, preloaded magic bands, and some goodies for the kids to get them excited for the trip. This was such a fun surprise! She truly went above and beyond! During our trip she checked in with me every day via text on how things were going.

Jennifer was recommended to me by my friend who visits Disney very frequently. I figured if my friend uses a travel agent after so many trips, then it must be worthwhile, even though I have never personally used a travel agency before. This was my first trip as a paying adult to Disney, and the first ever for my husband and young daughter, and Jennifer’s help made it SO easy to plan! She booked in-demand reservations for us at 6AM, she sorted the rides for us so we knew what would be appropriate for a young child, and she was able to help us add tickets when grandparents wanted to join but had a lot of questions (I wouldn’t have known where to start with that). Also, I ended up adding a day at Universal, and her tickets got us in an hour early! The pages from her guide to Universal were extremely helpful because that is a huge park that I had never visited before. I carried them with me and referenced at the park quite frequently. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone traveling to the Orlando parks, staying on-site or off-site (we stayed off-site, personally, so you definitely don’t have to be staying at the Disney resorts to get all of the perks of planning with Jennifer) My family had a perfect vacation, and Practically Perfect Vacations with Jennifer gets 5-stars from us!

It was my husband’s first time to Disney ever and I was worried it wouldn’t be as magical coming as an adult but Jennifer did everything she could to make it wonderful for us! All her recommendations were spot on, especially the getting in first for popular rides since we stayed on property. Without her help we probably would have missed some of the new ones! She is so kind and goes so far out of her way! She even helped me keep an appointment for a surprise droid building a secret! My husband was very surprised! My favorite moments were the end of the day at magic kingdom and the beginning of the day at Epcot. It was very uncrowded since everyone was in line for popcorn buckets! My husband’s favorite was the whole Star Wars area. It was also new for me which was cool. 17/10 stars! Would recommend to anyone thinking of a Disney vacation.
