It’s my specialty, my happy place, and somewhere I love experiencing alongside my family and friends, who love Disney just as much as I do. I’ve been a Disney Parks fan for as long as I can remember, growing up with trips to Disneyland and Walt Disney World. In 2013, I took a big trip with my now-husband and his entire family—and that was it. That trip sealed the deal and turned my love for Disney into a full-blown obsession, especially when it comes to Walt Disney World.
I get asked all the time, “Why Walt Disney World?” and my answer is always, “Why not?” Disney World truly has something for everyone—not just kids and families. There’s a special kind of magic across all Disney destinations, and my goal is to help every traveler experience that same joy, excitement, and Disney-level happiness I feel every time I go.
From park days and character moments to sailing away on a Disney Cruise, I know the ins and outs to help make your vacation smooth, exciting, and unforgettable. I also plan and book trips to Disneyland, Aulani in Hawai‘i, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Sandals & Beaches Resorts—because sometimes magic looks like fireworks, and sometimes it looks like a beach chair and a drink with an umbrella 🍹.

- Favorite destination: Walt Disney World! It’s truly a second home for my family and me.
- Favorite resort: The Polynesian is my favorite resort at Walt Disney World. It’s unlike any other and you truly feel immersed in the Hawaiian lifestyle. Even when you have a busy park day, you immediately feel relaxed when stepping into the Great Ceremonial House. The Lava Pool is my favorite pool on property! One of my favorite things to do while staying at the Polynesian (and even if we’re not), is grabbing dinner at Trader Sam’s Terrace and watching the fireworks while enjoying a Dole Whip. Nothing better!
- Favorite experience: One of our absolute favorite experiences is the Very Merry Christmas Party/After Party! We go every year and it is the best time to be in the Magic Kingdom Park. The fireworks are so special, and the parade is a family favorite. Not to mention there are cookies and hot chocolate to enjoy around every corner.
- Favorite season to travel: Definitely the fall! The weather is great, and we also love to experience the EPCOT International Food & Wine festival which usually culminates in November. We also love to see the parks set up for Christmas.

She was so incredibly helpful with planning my family’s most recent trip to Disney. She not only provided us with the most detailed and informative itinerary prior to our trip but she made all of our park and dinner reservations, answered all of my ridiculous questions about the new Genie system that was implemented a week before our arrival and helped us navigate the Disability Access Pass for my brother. Disney can be very overwhelming, but Kristen had us fully prepared and feeling like pros by the time we left. She truly made this a magical experience. Can’t wait to book our next trip with her.
